    Amanda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with ten years’ experience providing holistic, and person-centred nutritional care. Her clinical experience is diverse and spans multiple work sectors including Community Health, Private Practice, Aged Care, Tertiary Institutes and other Government / Not-for Profit Institutes (I.e. HMAS Cerberus, MOW).
    Amanda understands that an individual’s relationship with food is complex and entwined in all aspects of life (E.g. family, relationships, culture, religion, work etc). She has therefore undertaken further training to support individuals to achieve sustainable, life-long dietary changes. Postgraduate studies include health coaching, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy and Ellyn Satter’s Feeding Relationship and Eating Competence Seminars.

    – Gastrointestinal health
    – Food allergies, intolerances and chemical sensitivity
