    Mrs. Kaushalya (Kaush) Troy is an experienced Audiologist. She completed her Masters of Clinical Audiology at the University of Melbourne in 2007. She has since worked privately for and with GPs, ENTs, Paediatricians, psychologists, a neurologist, other allied health professionals in both the paediatric and adult fields. Her passion for Audiology stems from her experience in Sri Lanka where her parents established a school for hearing impaired children in 1999. She is passionate about hearing health for all ages and has specialised in Cerumen management, Auditory Processing Disorder, Tinnitus and Hyperacusis management. She enjoys both the diagnostic side of audiology as well as fitting hearing aids and other devices.

    Kaush is involved in lecturing, tutoring and examination at the Latrobe University Masters of Audiology course since March 2015, and was a clinical educator for 12 months for Masters of Audiology students at University of Melbourne in 2014. Her duties at the University of Melbourne included supervising students in both adult and paediatric clinics. She also established and maintained an in-house cerumen management clinic and facilitated the introduction of practical cerumen management into the Masters of Audiology course. She is heavily involved at the State Chapter level of Audiology Australia since 2008 and occasionally helps facilitate Professional Development events for local members.

    Areas of interest are: Adults, Paediatrics, Ear wax management, Tinnitus and Hyperacusis management. Giving talks on audiology to patients and other health care professionals.
